REFUND POLICY

Nelson & Floyd is committed to the satisfaction of our customers.  Should you not be satisfied with your purchase items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days after your order is delivered.

Return Process

Contact us by email at customerservice@.com to request your prepaid return shipping label for Canadian and US orders. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in new condition in its original packaging with the packing material included and proof of purchase. Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label. Use the tracking number provided on the return label to track your parcel.

Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 5-10 days from receipt of return.

We will send you a email once the return process has been successfully completed and your refund is issued.
